We stayed at this hotel one night each, front and back of our trip in Ireland. Our first night, we were greeted by a really nice lady staff, and despite having to come back later in the day to check-in, the process to semi-check-in and leave our luggage park our car was very quick. We didn't get to spend much time in the room, but it was so so spacious, clean, and just amazing. We had a wall full of windows with a direct view of the Oblate Church across. It was really amazing. However, on the last day, we were put in another room that was still spacious and all, but definitely wasn't as luxurious as the 1st one. First of all, there was no view at all (no biggie). It felt a lot smaller (but still spacious). It seemed to have been made for disabled people as the bathroom was tailored for a disabled person on wheelchair. Last and most importantly, the bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. It was this way when we arrived so we felt it was unacceptable. With the limited time we had left, we lost our reservation just because we waited a bit for the technician to arrive. We left the technician in the end since he was taking much longer than we thought. When we came back at night, we realized it still wasn't fixed completely (it only worked once more) so it made the stay really uncomfortable. Since we were only staying one night and we were leaving at dawn the next day, we didn't bother to contact the property anymore. However, we felt like we should've at least been compensated.
