Vinpearl Hotel Hue

My family and I really liked staying at Vinpearl Hotel Hue. The staff were friendly, prompt, professional, and very helpful The rooms were clean, had a nice view, and cozy. The location is great, since it is centralized, close to the main attractions and connected to Vincom Mall. It rained all weekend, and thankfully we were able to keep my daughter entertained by using the indoor pool and walking over to the shopping cemter. The breakfast buffet and room service were consistent high Vinpearl standards. Overall, very convenient and worth the money.

Overall good stay, room was fantastic. Only thing was the service at the Skybar is very slow even with very few customers and staff not busy they take very long to attend customer.

Great stay. Services in property were outstanding from the Spa to the Restaurants. The room was wonderful. Will stay again.

wonderful stay although the hotel was very quiet however the breakfasts served in the room are still excellent, lots of food and beverages. Very professional.

Barely left the hotel...I got trapped by all the great service and amenities. Forgot what I had come to HUE for! Check in was quick and easy. Perfect service. Treat yourself to the nicely designed Executive suite. VIP dinning rooms available on the 33rd floor restaurant. Great Pre and post dinner cocktails with the best views of HUE in the skybar above. Could've done with less screaming children running around, which was the perfect excuse to drink more!

Large comfortable room with great views of Hue city and in close walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights. Vast selection of food at breakfast and we enjoyed free use of the spa - jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. It's worth noting that there are separate facilities for men and women so you can't use these as a couple. Overall I'd say this is a 4 star hotel.

Excellent staff esp manager Ngoc Hai at reception. Amazing breakfast buffet, and spa is a must try. Very clean!!

I booked an executive suite there for two nights. Loved the 1.5 bathroom. The pluses were great buffet breakfast service, clean big room, fantastic view of the city, bright lights in the bathroom and indoor pool. The minuses were no childcare services so I couldn’t enjoy the free steamed bath, not enough veggie options for the breakfast buffet and certain foods like sunny side up eggs were precooked, not put on a warmer so the eggs were cold. Not enough selection of authentic Vietnamese foods. Would love to have chrysanthemums and lotus teas, veggie hum bao, sticky rice, veggie pho and coconut water. Our family consists of 4 people yet only two towels and two water bottles were given. There should be some water toys at the pool for kids. Management was doing surveys so hopefully they will improve on these areas. The location was in the middle of the city. Walkable to restaurants. The downside was the loud concerts at the roundabout right in front of the hotel. The desserts at the restaurant were frozen, not good. The laundry service was great and fast but super expensive. It costs me $100 on laundry services. They don’t charge per kg like other hotels but per item. No slippers for kids

Nice hotel on global standard that allows to visit Hue without worrying about anything. Rooms are spacious and clean and the service is top level. Staff at the top floor restaurant were extremely caring and the food was good together with a nice night view of the city.
