I expected this place to be basic and the two staff running the place were lovely and it is close to Semuc, about an hour’s walk. But it was a challenging place to stay. There is literally nowhere to put your stuff - no shelves, no hooks, no mirror. Food was bad, no tortillas, no plantains, no cheese. No purified water forcing you to buy plastic bottles in the rainforest. Also they will pick you up at Lanquín and bring you to property but charge you to return and increase the agreed price once you are there, when there is nothing you can do about it. So it needs a bit of investment

Located in a beautiful spot in the middle of the jungle on the way to Semuc Champey. You can walk 30 minutes to Semuc. No WiFI no hot shower. Food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

La instalación es agradable, la atención es buena, son muy amables, pero no te hacen el aseo de la habitación si no lo pides y la comida no es muy buena, no hay opciones de comida cerca. El costo de la habitación esta bien. Tienen opciones de tours en los alrededores, tomar en cuenta que te apoyan con el traslado de Lanquín al hotel solamente si te hospedas dos noches o más.
