Cozy with decent space BUT too little ventilation
Everything is good, reception looks fancy, location is close to the tourist spots. Ventilation is quite enough, esp when you come back with sweats. I know wind speed can’t change much but really need a cooler conditioner. And my backpack can’t place to anywhere but next to my bed. My bag security is doubted. Luckily, we are in Japan, so it’s still fine.

Fantastic place
It is a convenient location with friendly staff, clean towels/bedsheets, baths, etc. Perfect for anybody who wants an affordable place and yet good quality. Relatively peaceful and quiet. I have slept well at nights

Super clean and nice. They have a lot of things to make your stay more pleasant. The free pajamas were the best! I will stay here again.

Good 6.0
I stayed at this hotel for several nights so it provided a good chance to evaluate. The service or attitude of the hotel front desk staff seemed impatient and not the typical Japanese “omotenashi”/hospitable style. Second, the beds are really terrible - extremely firm. The company should invest in better beds. Overall my stay was fine but I think no more than 1 night ought to be spent at this hotel. Being close to the Tokyo airports bus terminal is probably why this location exists. Otherwise, no other reason to stay in the area.

New, clean, & friendly
First Cabin was extremely clean and check-in/out was efficient and friendly. The bed was quite firm, even compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan and around Southeast Asia. The bath/shower area was well kept and convenient. WiFi in the rooms and lobby worked well. They provide locks to secure your luggage on your floor. Overall, it felt very safe and the guests were generally quiet and respectful. The surrounding area is more quite than some others, such as Shibuya, and the walk to the subway is about ten minutes. Would stay here again!
