Amazing hotel, love the design. Excellent staff & service. The best breakfast everyday. Super clean and all the staff are brilliant and super friendly. Location is great as you’re close to most attractions and close by to the metro. Nice local restaurants like Nando’s, wingsters, Wagamama and Grill Spot (our fave, quality food but easy on the pocket) My kids were in the pool everyday - super clean & beautiful. Gym, tennis court and spa/salon services. I will defo be staying here again.

It’s an excellent hotel. Staff are friendly. The street is congested. Taxi in an out is difficult. Valet parking are nasty you have to wait for long queue for your car. Restaurants are top. Food is excellent

The standard room on the 8th floor had very weak wifi critical for my business. I had to stand by the window to be able to use the internet or make a zoom call very inconvenient. The reception officer wasn’t friendly at all and refused to provide any upgrade or acknowledge the VIP status. Although I am a frequent visitor. Even his manager acted the same.

Really beautiful hotel and room. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel overall has a really cool vibe. As we love to use public transport when we travel, we were delighted to discover that the Red line metro is less than 5 min walk from the hotel and Dubai Internet City station is only 2 stops from Mall of Emirates and 6 stops from Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa for those who love shopping. And it will cost you only 6 dirhams/person to MoE or 8 dirhams/person to Dubai Mall. But taxis in Dubai aren't expensive so that is always an option too. We recommend having your Uber app though or downloading the Careem app as sometimes hailing a cab on the street when out and about can be challenging... There is a small supermarket too around the corner and a small mall too called The Greens Souk should you wish to grab something quick. Travelling with children, we always need a supermarket and a pharmacy near by :-) This definitely will become one of our go-to hotels when in Dubai.
