Be aware of the entrance door!!!
The entrance door was stuck and very difficult to open in the beginning, but I learned how to become brutal with it. I asked to have it fixed, but the answer was that Venice is a hard town.( If it was my house, I would have fixed it quickly. )The door is suffering!!! Beside of that, the place is just perfect! I recommend it warmly.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Venedig, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Bienale und Markusplatz zu Fuß erreichbar, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants, Bars, Cafes etc. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Fenster zum Hof.

Recently renovated. Condition is ok. Good location. Around the corner from Venice Biennale (both Arsenale and Giardini). Much less crowded with tourists. Grocery and restaurants just there. 15-20 min walk to San Marco. But still far from main train station. When booking remember that you get extra charge afterwords - city tax per person and cleaning service 30eu. And some bugs also noticed on the floor..:( Angelo provides all instructions so you are more or less fine, but Venice still is not easy to navigate!

Situé dans un endroit calme et joli à proximité de restaurants, bars, commerces. Chambre et salle de bain très biens. Hôte accueillant. Proche des quais à 15 minutes de Saint Marc. On a adoré!

quartiere tranquillo
Struttura senza ricezione, corrispondente alla descrizione. Camera ampia, bagno nuovo. Il quartiere Castello è molto gradevole, tranquillo e a pochi minuti dai vaporetti. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di essere lontani dalla folla ma vicinissimi agli spazi della Biennale.
