    The staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating. It was raining during our walk from the station and as soon as we arrived the staff met us with towels to help wipe down all our luggage. The check-in process was quick and painless, yet very informative. The room was beautiful and although a bit smaller than we originally thought, it was still spacious enough for all of our belongings. The breakfast was always delicious and such a great way to start the morning. If I had to be picky, my only wish is that we could have the option to order it even earlier as we are early-birds. One of the amenities we enjoyed and utilized the most was the Handy smartphone that can be taken outside of the hotel. It allowed us to navigate the city using google maps without unnecessarily roaming, make amendments to our breakfast order for the next day, and easily contact the front desk for any special requests. We loved coming down at the end of a long day to have a few drinks and snacks in the lounge. The selection was concise and of premium quality, consisting of red/white wine and Japanese Sake. Overall, we loved our stay and would gladly consider booking again the next time we come to Tokyo.

    Great hotel at a convenient location right off Ginza street and next door to two convenient stores and a huge discount store. The hotel reception is very basic however the room was something of the next level. The furniture is modern and advanced , the bathroom and shower facilities better than all others I’ve seen in Japan. Room size was huge and the bed is the biggest I’ve ever seen, I’m sure four could fit on it .
