The property is located central to South Bank & the City & was easy walking everywhere. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. Hard edges, then saggy centres where we spent all night rolling into each other. The unit sleeps 4, however only has a 3 seater couch. Could easily fit another couch in along the window area. Can’t open window in kitchen due to blind cord’s being screwed to window. Toilets need toilet brushes. The outdoor area had old food smudged on table & balcony. Set up of the unit was otherwise good. Communication upon booking & leading up to stay was poor.
