This hotel is getting renovated. The rooms are clean and nice, but the hallways and lobby are not finished. For the 3 nights of my stay construction started at 7am. It didn’t bothered me, but not ideal for someone who wants to sleep in. This hotel has potential. It will be good if you know before booking they are under construction.

Poor 2.0
Extensive construction. Stay away until finished.
Construction throughout. Hotel should be shut down in the meantime.

Fair 4.0
Not much bang for the buck
Service was adequate, but hotel is under construction. It may be nice once it's all done, but I'd steer clear until then. Bathrooms were nice, but main room was renovated on the cheap. Rooms were poorly soundproofed, poorly heated and way overpriced.

It was okay, not great
The building was under construction so it looked really sketchy. There was no room service which I thought I had read online that there was. Very minimal things in the room. Definitely worth $50/night not $113

Good 6.0
Nice spot on Washington DC with comfortable bedrooms. Be attentive that the whole building is being rebuilt; the only thing still intact was the bedroom. You need to put your hand inside of the wall to call for an elevator. Aisles are full of dust but private rooms are clean. They should let people be aware of that. I paid a pretty much expensive fee to be in a place that looked like a construction site. If it was at least cheap maybe I would not complain. No fridge in the rooms neither water as the website says. The staff was cordial though.
