Good value
It was a great value for the money. Parking was overpriced, but I found a good spot on the street

Nice hotel.
It was a nice hotel a few of blocks from the Metro station. The service was good and pleasant. There was not a pool at the time of our visit. The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovation when we visited. The breakfast is a continental breakfast: bagels, Danish, muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were rather flat once you place your head on it. Other than the pillows, everything was nice.

Change the Lady Manager!!
So upset especialy with the manager that time, we are looking for bottled water but instead the manager told us to use sink water!!! Service is EXTREMELY poor!!! We are there to relax but we have to look for bottled water walking the streets, the manager is NOT helpful!! We really hate it. In the website there is free bottled water and there’s soda/water vending machine but there’s not!! We did not get our money’s worth! We chose that hotel because we thought that since its expensive and the valet is like $53/day, we will be relax but its opposite!!!

Good 6.0
Great Location - Would Not Return.
Hotel is under construction (information that would be useful before booking), plastic covering the hallway carpets, shower (though brand new) leaked water all over the floor. Room is stark - it does NOT look like the picture, there’s no sofa, refrigerator, coffee and/or machine in the room, no safe to lock valuables, amenities non-existent. Most unnerving was the obvious mildew covering the metal sprayer (in case of fire) located on the ceiling. Fortunately for me it was only a one night stay.

Fair 4.0
Soulless, sad and not environmentally friendly
The hotel is currently undergoing building work, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. On my floor the rooms adjacent to mine had been gutted. At check-in they said building work would take place between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri but the workmen were making noise from 8am in the room next door to mine on the other side of the interconnecting door. The hotel includes a free breakfast buffet which is served in a soulless basement room. There’s a decent selection of food but all the plates, cups, bowls and cutlery were disposable, single use which is absolutely shocking from an environmental perspective. I hope the refurbished hotel will have better green policies. Out the window of my room I had a view of a brick wall. On the plus side, the room was spacious although the furniture was outdated and the mattress topper was lumpy.
