Excellent Hotel
We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Every simple little things provided was very thoughtful. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Though it is small, it has more to offer than those big room in other countries. We are glad to stay here. Thanks you to all the staff in Super Hotel Premier Ginza.

Awesome Location!!
Although the rooms are small the service was awesome. The hotel is very clean, staff were very nice. The rooms are tight but you get what you pay for. Clean laundry room, 200 yen per wash, free drying. The natural hot spring is very nice also but can be crowded, I soaked in the awesome bath tub in my room instead. The location was the best. One of the train station was right in front of the hotel or you can walk down the street for the other ones. Very convenient with lots of places to walk to and lots of restaurants.

When reviewers say small... they mean it!
Standard room is so small (yes, I know Japan standards but that was shocking) that I wouldn’t stay there even traveling solo. It’s too small. No room to open our suitcase. Not even one. They might have larger rooms though. No wardrobe, only 3 hangers. Area of Ginza was a big disappointment as lots of local restaurants around wouldn’t take us (foreigners). Higashi-Ginza station at the door step, but it might be tricky to go in and out unless showing the men at the station booths your suica/pasmo cards. But seriously, the hotel lobby is great. Service and onsen were great! But the room size was a huge problem for us. Unless you have a backpack and are staying for a couple of nights max, I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Small Room in a Great Shopping Location
Great location! There are two convenience stores nearby; Family Mart and Lawson. High-end shops like Dior, Fendi, Chanel, etc. are just walking distance. Starbucks is also just a few steps away which is key.;) The room is very small though which I believe is typical for Japan. I will recommend this hotel if you want a place to sleep but not necessarily hang out in. The walk to the Ginza Train Station and Airport Bus Stop is also not that far away making it really accessible.
