Fantastic Resort.
Resort from check in to check out was spectacular. We did not stay as Inspira guests, but still thought we received the upmost service from staff. The rooms are fantastic and arranged nicely. The cleanliness around the resort including the public restrooms are phenomenal. Breakfast options are very good and fresh food. We ate at about all the included restaurants. Each one was very good. They aren't going to be the best place you have eaten at in the US or elsewhere, but for them being an all-inclusive they can't get much better. My only two critiques would have to be the pool side drinks lacked enough alcohol in my opinion. Which is good and bad depending on how you look at it. The poolside and beach menus could include staples like chips and guacamole or nachos. Overall best all inclusive we have ever stayed at and sets the bar for futures choices. You won't be disappointed in staying here.

Not a five stars experience
You have to make reservation for dinner and the first three nights there´s few restaurants and hours available. Food is good, but nothing that will blow your mind. Desserts and drinks are just ok. Kayaking experience was fully booked for the next two weeks. It´s tough to get a spot. They don´t clean frequently seaweed from beach. It took 3 days after some complaints. Hotel is huge and requires a lots of walking. It gets packed during conventions. There´s a lack of direction signs. Rooms in the building 3 are pretty noisy. You´ll be able to hear the engine running from buses in the morning. To get a cabana on the beach or a nice spot by the pool, better wake before 7am and "reserve it". I wouldn´t stay in again.

The property is beautiful and felt very luxurious from the entrance. There were a good number of restaurants and the food was delicious with the exception of the buffet which was underwhelming. The only negative aspect of the resort would be the app. It is not user friendly at all and doesnt work a majority of the time. It would also be nice to see a more variety of shows and entertainment in the evening. Overall a beautiful and relaxing location and definitely recommend!

Richardo at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I had a room where I could hear my neighbors private discussions. The restaurants were OK but we had limited options the day we arrived (there were only 4 spots left and the timing was bad like 10 pm). Other staff except Richardo were helpful and professional. If I decide to come back again, I would book Insipira (the support and options at restaurant will be so much better than regular room).
