La Magnolia was located about a block away from the Duomo, on a cobblestone street in the center of restaurants and shopping. We had a lovely apartment on the 4th floor. The apartment was clean, kitchen stocked with items needed for cooking, and the bed was comfortable. A small balcony was located outside French doors. Be aware that there are no 1st floor rooms or a lobby. We were welcomed at the door and shown to the apartment. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. We would love to stay there again.

Nice New apartment in the middle of Orvieto. Good size and very clean. Not much of a view but the location makes up for the lack of view. Lovely lady who owns it and could have stayed there longer. Could have stayed there another day or so and even had a hide abed so could have another person or two

Fantastic location!
We enjoyed our stay at La Magnolia very much. The location is unbeatable, tucked just a block from the Duomo. Serena was so kind and helpful, guiding us about the city, parking, etc. The room was perfectly clean and updated. We would definitely stay there again!

I did not stay at La Magnolia, I had booked a stay but due to unfortunate circumstances the owner had informed me upon my arrival that the previous guests for the room I booked had made the stay impossible but the owner graciously reached out to others in town and managed to get me an accommodation nearby the B&B so the relocation was not much of an inconvenience.

Unica cosa positiva la posizione: in pieno centro ad Orvieto a 2 passi dal Duomo. Parcheggio NON DISPONIBILE, diversamente da quanto indicato sul sito hotels, nessuna spiegazione chiara su come arrivare all'albergo anche dopo diverse telefonate. Accoglienza distratta e superficiale. Non ci tornerei.
