Good accommodation
Great location, professional and helpful staff. Smart breakfast idea (points). The room, even though very smartly organized, is small and makes the morning’s getting ready to go routine challenging.

Location and staff good but room very small
Friendly and welcoming English speaking front desk staff. Staff also helpful with answering questions and always greeting you which is nice. The room however is very small we stayed in a double which I would only recommend to stay as 1 person not 2. We stayed for 4 nights. I think if you’re staying for 1-2 nights it’s manageable but a longer stay in such a small room is rough. Difficult trying to move around and fit in such a tight space. Bed uncomfortable as it’s on a raised platform with everything stored underneath (fridge, stool, etc) foam mattress on top. Quiet street no noise at night. Great location, walking distance about 5 mins to metro with convenience stores and restaurants around. Next stop from major Tokyo metro station so very accessible and convenient.

Really great hotel, but could use softer bedding.
I really enjoyed my twelve-night stay, my only concern was that the mattress was too thin (only 2 or 3 inches at most) on a hardwood surface was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep on. However, the cleanliness, level of service, and the attitude of the staff were excellent. I'm wondering if one of the more premium rooms there had thicker mattresses as it was the only (but a substantial) sticking point. If you like firm beds this won't be a problem most likely, but if you prefer more support from your mattress or a softer mattress it may not be for you. Still a very good hotel, only a few minutes' walk to Kanda Station where you can jump on a local train to Akiba or Tokyo stations (one stop in either direction on the Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku lines, or jump on the Chuo Rapid to get to Shinjuku quickly.
