OK not great!!!
The hotel itself was nice, however, we were disappointed with the way checkin was handled. We arrived at 1:30 and was informed our room was ready but if we wanted early access it would cost £20. We declined and asked them to store our luggage instead. The hotel refused saying they already were storing too many bags. They did not offer to store our bags in our room just basically told us to go away, and take our bags with us.
