Pleasant stay in this nice hotel in a lovely village. Only problem was expecting car parking as per the web site but there is none .nearest is 750 metres up a hill and at £12 per day! Owners say they have asked for this detail to be removed from the web site!

Lovely gem with great food
It was a lovely B&B in the middle of town. As it is quite small, the staff was also only few people so it was a bit confusing to figure out how things work. Nonetheless staff was super friendly and helpful! We loved staying there and would recommend this place to everyone! The only minuses were the noise - you can hear when people walk above you and next to your room, especially when talking. Also, the ceilings were low, which I didnt see mentioned in the comments when I booked it. As me and my partner both are tall, it was a bit uncomfortable but manageable! It definitely didnt ruin the whole experience! :) the pub/restaurant was lovely as well! The fish and chips that we had there were the best we ever had in whole UK!

Not bad. Needs to improve to keep up with the res
The business has changed hands. Restaurant was closed. Only bar food was being served. Limited menu. Breakfast menu would have helped. Full English was good.

Refurbished inn centre of charming fishing village
Refurbished inn - ex-bakery - at the centre of charming fishing village alongside stream and just a few steps from the harbour. Nearest car park a mile uphill charging £10 overnight - could drive to location to drop bags off but the roads are very narrow and we saw a taxi scrape a wall so recommend you walk down or get the tiny bus at £2 return. Checkin was informal as they only have a handful of rooms. Restaurant was closed Monday but plenty of other options nearby - we had a fantastic meal at the Blue Peter Inn. Our room at the B&B was adequate with modern ensuite bathroom and soft memory foam double bed. Surprisingly quiet overnight and even the ducks in the stream were well behaved. English breakfast plentiful.
