    Declining property
So disappointing!! We’ve stayed here several times and were always comfortable. Not any more!! Sadly, the property is in decline: peeling paint, floors wearing out, creaky, uncomfortable beds. Unable to control room temperature; hot for 2 nights, very cold 1 night.

    Good location, but outdated motel
Booked this hotel because it was conveniently located near a half-marathon I was running. Staff was ok & provided a quick check-in/out. Rooms were severely outdated and many of the fixtures were rusty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable & I woke up with back pain each morning. For the price we paid, I did not think the room was worth it.

    Good base camp for Fredericksburg
The motel is old and could do with an update. But the the room was clean. No sign of bugs. Everything worked in the room. The bed was comfortable. And the sheets passed the black light test. If you just need an affordable place to sleep and grab a shower after spending all day at the shops, this is it.

The bed was way too soft. Too few outlets for all our devices to charge. No exit fan in the bathroom which made for foggy mirror.

Not fancy but well worth the price.
Ok. Let’s be real. If you’re looking for a modern, cushy, fancy hotel, this is not the place for you. It is definitely an older facility and there is nothing modern about it. However. If you’re looking for a basic, clean, mostly comfortable room, for a GREAT price... book here. The room was all we needed and included a recliner and small table with chairs. The tv was fairly new and had a great picture. My only complaint was our a/c (an older window unit) decided to wake us up at 4am making a horrible screeching noise that only stopped when it was turned off. Luckily we checked out early enough the next morning that the room didn’t get too hot. The employees upon check in and especially check out were friendly and helpful. I thought I had lost a very important bracelet in the room, noticed only after we got back home, and the hotel did everything they could to search for it. Including blocking off the room to other guests until it was located. Fortunately the bracelet was only lost inside my suitcase and later found. But their willingness to go the extra mile to help find it was wonderful.

    Drive-In & Stay!
This is a great, small drive-in motel. Friendly staff. Nice seating areas outside for when the weather is nice. Quiet, and at the north end of the main street through town. Easy in & out.

Nice place without all the frills
This hotel does not have all the frills but it didn't disappoint. The only issue was that we could not get the room cool enough. Staff was very friendly. Parking right at your door.

    Poor 2.0
This is not what is advertised
This is not anything how it was advertised...very old and run down establishment from the bathroom, built probably in the 50's.Could not tell if it was clean.Shower barely sprayed. We wanted to check in early and front desk lady nearly bit our heads off stating :"No , check in isn't until after 2 or 2:30" (We arrived around 1:15-1:30), parking lot was empty. Asked if there was a place we could leave our bags, again told NO. For the price we paid, was only worth maybe what someone would pay for a "by the hour" establishment.
