Although it was disappointing the outdoor pool wasn’t open, we had a wonderful overall experience. Beatriz at the front desk and Paulo in the restaurant we’re both amazing. Food was tasty and spa experience very relaxing. Housekeeping was ok but I had to ask for towel replenishment, garbage removal and bathroom cleaning during our stay although the issue was corrected. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable!
