Amazing stay
The room was inexpensive, new, and modern with great air conditioning and WiFi. The room was spacious for Japan, and we had an extra roomy bathroom with a bathtub and a waterfall stand up shower. The staff gave us water bottles daily as a gift for not needing house keeping. The hotel is close to a starbucks, as well as many other cafes within 5 min walking. There is a grocery store nearby and a 7-11 in the building. The metro is a 3-4 min walk. There is a great sobs noodle place nearby that opens early. The heart of Shinjuku is about a 15-20 min walk. We took the shuttle to the airport from the Hilton just 2 blocks away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, I slept 8 hours every night. Absolutely loved the hotel!

Pleasant Stay
Highly impressed. Clean, modern, and friendly staff. Room was decent size for solo traveler, view from 5th floor was nice. Pajamas included. I got eco friendly option which means room cleaned every 2-3 days. Highly recommend!

Great value hotel for a business traveler
Relatively new hotel in great location. Small but clean rooms, great price, outstanding friendly and courteous front desk staff (Abe). Beautiful bathroom with extra amenities. Nightwear included, bedding very firm. All in all, a great place to stay for an an unbelievable price. We took 3 separate standard rooms for 3 adults. Very happy we stayed there

Great hotel, clean and spacious (Tokyo's standard obviously). Short walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station but a bit of walk to the main Shinjuku area. Good use of technology in the room as well (especially the TV where you can check the status of your laundry...). Very easy access to the 7-11. Just wish there are more things around the hotel.

Immaculate hotel, great location, comfortable room
Newly built hotel in West Shinjuku, conveniently located within walking distance to central Shinjuku. We stayed 2 nights, room is extremely clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom has separate tub and shower (including a rain shower). Only one small issue, due to the room layout, it was difficult to lay down our large suitcase and have it fully opened. Ended up putting it on the desk. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Neat and modern bathroom
I love the quality of the pajamas and sleepers they provided. The bathroom is very pretty and it comes with a tub, a ceiling showerhead and a handheld showerhead. Very modern.

No complimentary bottle water
Overall our stay was good. Staffs are friendly, it was raining so hard hotel staff gave us towels to dried ourselves off when we arrived at the check in counter. The room is small and clean but bathroom is decent size. The only bad thing was the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottle water. You have to stay more than one night without having you room clean and they give you a voucher of the complimentary water.
