We really liked that the property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The hotel was very quite/clean and the staff were super helpful

This place is spectacular. The service is phenomenal, the hotel is beautiful, the views are on point, and it is what I am looking for when looking to unwind. I had a rather disappointing stay at another resort and almost left early. I got a room here for one night and liked it so much I decided to extend for a few more days. It is a great place to sit and look at the ocean. The beach is not swimmable, but you can walk to one nearby in the mornings if that is what you'd like. The benefit is that unlike the other beach, this area does not get overrun with day trippers and kids. It is a great place to swim in the pool, sit in the chairs overlooking the ocean, and have some drinks. The restaurant they are affiliated with has great food. You will not get better service. I highly recommend it.

Cannot stress enough how great this place is. Scott had great suggestions and was always happy to help with anything we needed. The property is boutique”y” and didn’t have the craziness of the Big Bang properties. Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants / shopping and bars. We were sad we had only one night! We will be back!

Where do we begin! Our stay at Hotel Secreto was one of the most amazing experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed like family! We also had an easy fast check in. They also take great measures when it comes to cleanliness and all staff were wearing masks. We originally booked a ground floor room but to our surprise we were upgraded to the 3rd floor ocean view by the owner Scott prior to even meeting him! Then, once we were settled in the room a nice cold bottle of wine was delivered to us! WOW! This boutique hotel is modern & private the view of the pool and beach is drop dead gorgeous! The rooms are big & the beds are comfortable! Everyday housekeeping came & changed our towels/amenities, they also had a nespresso machine we loved! We also saw some wild friendly iguanas by the pool which we loved! :) All Their staff were genuinely so sweet & helpful with anything we needed especially Angel, Josè, & Cesar. The owner of the hotel Scott was more then amazing. Most hotel owners may pass by and say hello or ask how your stay is..not Scott. He was extremely attentive, Kind and genuine. He gave great info about the island, accommodated our every need and made his hotel feel like our home! We travel A LOT and this is by far the best experience we’ve had. Can’t praise Scott, his staff and this stunning property enough, WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you so much!!

Awesome place! Friendly staff! Close to all the restaurants. Beautiful beach. Secluded and quiet.

The room was spacious and super clean with nice furniture/decor, mini frig, coffee maker, and good A/C. The balcony was wonderful with a lounge bed and an ocean view overlooking the pool - fabulous! There was no tub and no English TV channels, but that wasn't missed with so many other amenities. The owner, Scott, was very friendly and helpful. A beautiful, small, and semi-private beach was right beyond the pool. We will be back...soon I hope.

A really beautiful property on a very beautiful Cove. Many of the rooms have a direct ocean view. owners are incredibly helpful.

The owner, Scott, made our stay very enjoyable! We stayed on the 4th floor thanks to Scott upgrading us at no charge. The room was very clean and we had plenty of space. We were able to walk to the north beach and most restaurants. Scott provided recommendations on places to eat and we enjoyed all of them. We also rented a golf cart so we could visit other parts of the island. Tropical Storm Gamma came through the day before our departure and disrupted the Ultramar Ferry service (the only way on/off the island). Scott checked on the ferry service early on the morning we were to leave and found out that the ferry was delayed but would be operating. He personally drove us to the ferry to make sure we got off the island in time to make our flight from Cancun. We got on the first ferry leaving the island and made it to our flight on time, thanks to Scott going out of his way to help us!
