I did not enjoy this stay at all. It is not a kid friendly place. First when I arrived to the hotel, there is nobody on the premesis, there is just a piece of paper with "Check in instructions" and a phone number. I attempted this phone number MULTIPLE times with no answers, so I sat outside with my 8 and 10 year old at 9 PM unsure what to do without a vehicle. I got a hold of someone through another phone number and she informed me there was nothing to do for me. How this place is portrayed online, calling it a hotel is far fetched. I finally get a code to the door and go in, and than I go to the next room to get in and I use the code and it's someone else's room!! She was upset with me, as I would with myself if it would have happened. The rooms were not clean, the beds were falling apart, the water was nothing near warm. I was just thankful it was a short stay for us. The ONE and ONLY positive, the view.

Bunker Hill Hotel / Skyline Vista Villa very poor
Originally booked the Skyline Vista Villa a few months back on Hotels.com, received multiple confirmations leading up to the day of arrival and learned as I landed in St. Thomas, USVI, that while could not make changes to our reservation no later than June 2, the hotel could clearly make changes as we were told we were being moved to the Bunker Hill Hotel managed by the same people as the SkyLine Vista Villa. When we arrived, the staff was nice but the hotel was gross and the room assigned to us was disgusting.

Great view, Not easy to get to. Need a Taxi to get anywhere or Downtown. No coffee maker. Needs to be cleaned and fresh coat of paint. Construction noise on premises. Slow internet.

Pros: I would give 4 star to this property. The balcony view is stunning! It was one of the best part of my trip. Customer service is great, staff are so responsive and ready to help. Cons: the location is shown wrong on the map, luckily we figure is out before traveling so we could rent a car. If you rely on public transportation is could get expensive. Make sure to check the location on google to get the exact location. Access to the property is only by car, there is no way you can walk there, it’s up the hills. The cleanness of the property is okay, I could be better but I Lysol sprayed every where and it was fine afterwards. The Wi-Fi is not working, staff tried to fix it for days but it was not helpful. Overal I would highly recommend this place because of stunning view, reasonable price and nice staff. Just be aware of cons and you will be fine.
