Canal Central Hotel

Very nice, clean. Wonderful views from the rooms, pool, gym, restaurant. Great location Will definitely return.

The photos on the hotel website are far from what's rooms really looks like. Breakfast choices are very good even tho staff knows very little about ingredients in the food. I got dairy and egg allergy (severe basically affecting my lungs) to be on a safe side staff informed myself that all the bread made with dairy and eggs I don't see how as bread usually has no contain a dairy or eggs products. Not a five star more like an average four star hotel. The bottom line too expensive for what it is. Regretted that I picked this particular hotel. Won't be back and won't recommend. Sorry about negative rating but this my true opinion on the matter.

This is our second stay at the Canal Central, this time we had breakfast included which was wonderful, plenty of variety and it was lovely to sit outside and start the morning so well. The shuttle bus to Kite beach is a great asset. Dubai Mall water fountain is a must to see, it amazes me every time I watch it. Taxis’ are very cheap but make sure that it’s not the hotel limousine as they charge a lot more money. Great holiday and would highly recommend staying at Canal Central

Amazing hotel. We looked at so many hotels when looking to go to Dubai and finally decided to book this one and it was such an amazing place. From the moment you arrive the staff cannot do enough to help you. The rooms are spacious and very very clean, the pool area is very nice and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The location is perfect to get everywhere, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall are an easy journey and to get to the Palm is not too far at all. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Every aspect of this hotel stay was perfect. Very well spoken English throughout the whole staff as well.Great views of the Burj Khalifa. Thank you
