The entire space was clean and exceeded the expectation for the area and price.
When we first got to the location everything was fine until they hit you with a 100 dollar deposit for the room on top of the room and other fees. The air conditioner went out while we was sleep and started making a loud noise non stop but the staff was accommodating with allowing us to switch rooms. I don’t care for this place
No amenities no toilet paper in the room or soap wfi.. bad
We had a good time to relax
I booked for a double bed they placed me in a room with one bed. The next morning they asked me to leave the hotel I wasn’t suppose to be allowed to check in. I had paid for the entire weekend stay
I didn’t like the fact that I was told I had to pay for towels but was there for three days and didn’t sign anything saying I had to pay an additional charge for towels if I needed more. They were very happy to inform you of the deposit fee but not of an additional fee for towels. They said they had it in writing but then failed to ever show me where this information was in writing
If a Hotel has more than 2 floors you need a working elevator. The elevator did not work the time we where there and it's not the first time. Luckily we were staying on the first floor our last stay. Our key would not work the side door on the end of Hotel we were staying at and other guests would leave the door cracked to get in. I had to kill stink bug crawling down the wall in our room.
The room was nice and clean. More than I Expected. Only thing i didn’t like was the shower... the water pressure was very low..
Rude and a lot of problems at check in
The hotel was pretty new but the elevator was not working My mother is 75 years old and had to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the room vending machines did not work staff was not all that friendly
