Fantastic stay at a truly great hotel. Right on the beach and the food in the Breakers restaurant was fab too. Spa does miss a Jacuzzi but that would be the only remotely disappointing thing I would add.

They couldn’t find find our reservation at check in, and made things much harder than they needed to be. Staff told me there was a shuttle to the site I needed to visit. When I tried to get it the next morning, I was told there was no shuttle that day. I was promised a taxi in 10 minutes - it took 30 to arrive. This made me late for a meeting. I was not impressed with the level of service in general. We tried to eat in the restaurant, but abandoned the attempt after 10 minutes of not being noticed by waiters. Instead we tried room service - the rare steak I ordered arrived in a reasonable time, but was substantially over cooked. I would call it well done.
