This place is beautiful; it is rich in Mexican culture and nature. The made to order breakfast is top notch, the staff is friendly and best of all, you have access to the ocean amenities across the street. Highly recommended for a fun time for adults or for the family!
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights because we had a wedding to attend. The hotel room itself was clean and well kept. The price was good. With taxes, it was about $101 US dollars per night. They did provide a continental breakfast that you could either eat at the pool or they would deliver to your room. We elected to have it in the room. It consisted of fruit, cereal and yogurt. It was fine. What we didn't like was that the safe didn't work and there was no phone in the room. We needed an extra blanket so we had to walk to reception. Whenever we had a question we had to walk to reception. It's not a big property so the walk is short but it's just the simple fact of the matter. Lastly, read carefully, the hotel is very close to the water BUT it's not close to the beach. On this end if the island there aren't really beaches. You can get in the water and snorkel or swim. When you envision a beach, this part of the island is not it. One of the other properties has a very very small sandy beach area but a majority of them don't.
It’s a place to relax and the staff goes above and beyond, they are super!
Room was spacious, bright and comfortable. Staff was great - very responsive, friendly and helpful. Good location. Beautiful pool. Good breakfast.
Amazing pool, comfortable room, great breakfast. Everything was wonderful and views are beautiful.
The place was nice. Far from downtown and main beach. Nice hotel. Taxi to get to town.
This was such a beautiful property! It's set nicely into the hill, just one street from the shore. There's easy access to a small beach, bar, paddleboarding, and kayaking just across the street, down the staggered walkway. In the morning, the local birds and neighbor's dog are audible, so a sound machine or earplugs will help if you're a light sleeper like me. I'd definitely come back! P.S... thank you so much to the staff!! Not only did we check in very late and someone had to come out and let us into our room, but at check-out, I'd inadvertently left my wallet and other belongings under the bedcover, and all was found and returned immediately. I am grateful!
The property will be nice once complete, but it is UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION, and should have been noted as such. The men started work very early, and it was very loud, so no sleeping in here. The area the hotel is in is also in TOTAL DISARRAY. Roads are not finished, buildings are vacant and run down, streets are not safe. During this trip my purse was stollen out front of the hotel, the room key in my bag is labeled with the name of the room as well. I felt super unsafe staying at the hotel once I knew that, and I could not switch my room since only a small selection had been completed, and none were available. Other than a clean room, with good AC, and a decent enough breakfast, I would not stay here! The cost too, is not at all worth what you get at the hotel. There are much cheaper, nicer places, even on the island, not far from this hotel. I would in fact recommend not staying on this end of the island at all, as it is in terrible shape, and NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING! You will spend your days taking cabs back & forth, or waste your money on a golf cart, that will get a flat tire from the unfinished roads, and force you at night to take another cab back to the hotel anyways. Not a great trip for us at all!
Everything and everyone at this hotel was so nice and quick to service any need.
Awesome staff, very clean and nice rooms. Excellent location next to nice bar/restaurant and very quiet.
