Beautiful Historic Inn in Tarsus "Old City"
This hotel is a historic ottoman building that has been lovingly renovated and is furnished classically. We had no idea that it was such a beautiful property when we booked it. We booked it because of its' location near the birth home (exposed archeological remains) & well of the apostle Paul for photos for a website. This area is one of the few areas we've seen in Turkey that has old stone buildings that have not been torn down. It is beautiful. We imagine it is an ideal place for people going on pilgrimage to stay, (Has steep stairs, & no elevator.)

Otele ailemle gittim, 2 gece konaklayacaktık. Eşim ve oğlumla aynı odayı paylaştık. Oda çok geniş ve konforlu görünüyordu. Otel komple ahşap yapı olduğundan dışarıda yan odada ve üst kattaki tüm sesler rahatlıkla duyulabiliyor. Haliyle uyumak imkansıza yakın. Otelin ihmali nedeniyle üst katımıza balayı çiftinin denk gelmesi de cabası oldu. Sabaha kadar gürültülerinden hem uyuyamadım hem de aileme karşı çok mahcup hissettim. Sabah otel personeline durumu anlattığımızda da çok rahat bir şekilde sırıtarak balayı çifti dediler. Bizim aile olarak konaklayacağımızı bile bile bu terbiyesizliği yapmış olmaları bizi çok kızdırdı. Bir daha asla bu otelde konaklamayacağımı kendilerine de ilettim. Buradan da sizlerle paylaşmak istedim.

Yeri merkezi, Burhanoğlu Konağı çok güzel restore edilmiş, tarih korunmuş ama yinede modernlestirilmis. Odalar çok geniş. Her yere ulaşım kolay.

Небольшой отель в историческом центре. Интересный интерьер и экстерьер, старое здание в османском стиле. Возникли сперва сложности по брони и оплате, но были оперативно решены. Вежливый персонал. Из минусов - довольно скромный завтрак и гулкие перекрытия между этажами. В целом понравился, рекомендую
