breakfast serving very badly, waiting an hour just serving the main course. no refill for the buffet food, even drinking water such as tea or plain water. the manager just knows to scold the staff, didn't provide a solution to serve the customer better. not recommend

Overall, Fraser is a great place to stay. Except just some minor flaws. I could not closed my Bedroom door as it was out of alignment. Bathroom towel rack is hanging precariously and may fall off any time soon. Wish there were lights on the magnifying mirror, so I can see better.

Its our 3rd stay at Fraser Place Puteri Habour and we loved it so much. The location is great and we love the view from our rooms. We love how each room has a small kitchenette and balcony. We will be back and stay at Fraser Place again.

The view was the pits!
We booked this room as a "sea view" with a premium cost only upon arrival to be informed it was partial sea view. In reality it was a view of a construction pit! There was no hot water in the shower. The room itself was comfortable and new with many amenities. For the money I would book a room at one of the many other hotels in the area next time.
