The location of the hotel is prefect, close to the city center and tram stops. Thou the pictures featured makes the room look bigger than it actually is. Th price v room ratio, we found it on the expensive side

Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar
Vor allem die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist erwähnenswert. Ansonsten war alles in gewohnter "Motel One -Manier": sauber , modernes Bad, angenehme Athmosphäre. Die zentrale Lage war sehr angenehm, alle wichtigen Touristenorte waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße und die Straßenbahn waren bei geöffnetem Fenster schon deutlich hörbar- aber zentrale Lage hat halt ihren Preis. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hörte man nichts.

Zimmer sind zwar klein aber modern, sauber und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Trotz Straßenlage war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Reinigungskraft ist trotz "bitte nicht stören schild" drei Mal in das zimmer gekommen. Das ist nicht akzeptabel! Zimmer war nur für eine Person vorbereitet und wir mussten mehrfach nach einem zweiten Handtuch fragen ...

Insgesamt ok
Insgesamt ok. Das Handling einer Beschwerde (verstopfter Abfluss im Bad) war jedoch nicht optimal. Es gab keinen Techniker, der das hätte erledigen können. Wir bekamen dann zwar ein neues Zimmer, mussten dafür jedoch viel "Laufarbeit" erledigen.
