Nice stay
Very nice property and the staff was super nice. Stayed in the 1st floor which was nice but I got woke at 6am to banging of them masking breakfast in the dining area a short distance away. Luckily I carry earplugs for instances like this. Room was very nice and clean. Parking was limited but there was overflow in a lot next to theirs. Felt secure staying here. Would stay here again

Friendly, Clean & Convenient
The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room and lobby/hallway was lean and tidy. Location suited our needs just fine. Price wasn't a budget buster, but not exactly cheap either. Worth the money in my opinion.

Budget-friendly hotel close to KC downtown
Location, complimentary parking and breakfast definitely helped to choose this hotel. Generally, the place did not disappointed. We got clean room on a first-floor room, too close, perhaps, to reception desk and fitness area to hear all voices until late night and early morning. The hotel is located a bit off KC downtown, at Main Str. which is being remodeled and was surprisingly deserted.

Do not recommend!
Horrible…there was construction going on all around the hotel and I one point we left for brunch and came back and couldn’t even get in the parking lot! We had to drive around and find another location to park and walk to the hotel. Also the hotel is very old and outdated! Our room smelled like old smoke…so much so that it would literally take your breath away when you would open the door!
