Greatly appreciated the valet parking. Was nice to not have to worry about where to park. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast offered in the morning was very good and had options to choose from. SUPER close to Fiserv Forum (4 minute walk if that). Made for an easy night at the Bucks game.

Lovely place!
Our room was very clean, hotel was quiet and we had a great view! Convenient location across from Fiserv Forum. Just a short walk to fine dining and fresh brews. Valet parking was easy. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the free breakfast with healthier options including hot scrambled eggs, oatmeal and fruit.

Not-so-great-stay
We were told parking was $20/day, only available parking option was valet at $32/night + tax. Heat didn’t work in the hotel room upon check in. After returning to the room after maintenance fixed the heat, the hotel room door was broken, the electronic device used to open the doors was completely down and maintenance took two hours to “break in” to the room. Maintenance had to request the front desk staff give us a different room so they could work on the door. Front desk didn’t offer an apology or any type of hospitality in terms of money back or a gift card to their hotel lounge. The maintenance staff was very friendly. The bartender was rude and the drinks were overpriced. The valet attendants were hit and miss if they were friendly, upon one return we ran in quick and chose to park on the street, the valet attendant ran after us to the elevator to lecture us that we had to use the valet service. The actual hotel and room are nice, the staff not so much. It wasn’t a pleasant stay and we won’t return.
