The lovely lady behind reception with the black hair was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t go far enough to help me and I would have her as my secretary any day for sure and tell her from me she was brilliant and I will be back there in a few weeks time and will hand in a gift for her outstanding customer service and dedication to her job and the hotel group should be very proud of her Everything was superb and will definitely stay there again Thank you David Reid

Hired cheap young inexperienced staff.
Clearly they fired their good staff during Covid and only hired young inexperienced people after that. Their service level was horrible. Room service never came with the food. Two days in a row. Reception often doesn't pick up and struggle to help. Overall just a place that saves money on the most important part. Staff.
