Great location, new contemporary hotel.
Great location to restaurants, ER or metro station. Friendly staff, and always willing to help. Breakfast was simple and fine (eggs, sausages, salad and bakery). Overall would stay again.

Solid hotel, great location.
Good experience. Pretty simple, straightforward hotel with a nice design vibe. Really liked the huge bathroom and rain shower. The room itself was a good size for Japanese city standards. Breakfast has been improved and now is quite substantial. Staff were helpful by email for booking restaurant reservations.

We stayed at this property for 10 nights and had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was limited (which they do mention) but the small pastries are delicious. Want something more substantial, walk less than 2 min down the road to Family Mart for some cheap amazing food! We did run into some staff that only speak little English but lets throw out some facts for a second. With smart phones these days it's easy to try and use google translate to get what you need. It really takes little effort on your part to make it easier on them to understand you. You are visiting their country, not the other way around. The staff that we did speak to who can speak English were amazing and polite. We also didn't ask for much as we only stayed in the hotel to shower and sleep. Speaking of sleep, we had booked the Superior Twin. Yes the twin beds were fine. Mattress was comfortable but firm (which seems to be a standard in Japan) and freshly pressed pyjamas were in the room as well. The tub was amazing to wind down after a long day of walking. Space is tight but it's very manageable. Rooms were quiet and had comfortable sleeps. The thermostat however was kinda weird as it took a while for it to heat up and when it does it gets too hot fast. Overall the property matched all of our expectations. It's a wonderful boutique hotel in a wonderful neighbourhood with amazing train access. You couldn't ask for anything more.

The location is amazing! Besides google maps saying it is a flat land walk from Ebisu station to hotel. It is uphill....easy to get down. The rooms are small but I just used it as a sleep & shower pit stop. Very convenient and very reasonably priced. Plus I can the Yebisu Beer museum from my window:-)
