You get what you pay for.
Evripidou is in a convenient location for the likes of oroklini and Larnaca which is why we chose to stay here twice. It’s an extremely cheap stay for an entire apartment which is one factor why we chose to stay here. The first stay was okay however the apartment was in pretty bad shape. The shower had only one door. no pressure and the shower head was not attached to the railing which made it a very interesting experience to say the least. The oven hob was very difficult to work however once going seemed to do the job. All in all our first stay was not to bad considering. This is why we chose to go here again and few weeks later for a cheap stay. The second experience however, was significantly worse than before. The apartment was not clean at all - mould could be seen on the walls, the kitchen was lined with grease and dust and the balcony door was completely broken and off it’s hinge. We made do however I think it’s safe to say we will not be visiting this place again. If you need a cheap stay within the region of oroklini/Larnaca it will do the job but don’t have high expectations!

Overall just ok.
Nothing was provided until asked for. Tea towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Nice place but a bit too far out from Larnaca unless you have a car or are prepared to wait 20 minutes for a bus. Expensive local shops and restaurants (probably because a long way from town). Overall ok but I wouldnt stay there again.

Disappointing and threadbare
This is a two star place located in a large industrial area. It is showing much better and bigger on pictures. Everything was threadbare. Internet painfully slow. Walls thin and you hear every noise. Cabinets and night stands are metal, and these metal doors bang loud! Furnishings were so cheap. The couch was made of some sort of flexible plastic hollow on the inside. I’ve never set on anything like that before. Mattress was very old and super soft, I kept sliding into my husband. The bed violently shook as you just sit on it. There were patched up wall areas and not painted over. Night stand lamp had burns or cuts through lampshade. Balcony was filthy with dirty towel thrown in the corner, chewed up sunflower seeds on the ground. There is a kitchen but zero condiments and one knife. You want to make eggs, better bring your own salt and pepper.

Excellent property, modern and in good condition.
Property very well maintained and everything worked properly and well equipped with nice welcome touch of basic tea/coffee and bottle of water. Caretakers Sonny and Sonia were most gracious and very helpful to any questions concerns I may have had. Very good location near to local beach and shops and good road networks to beaches close by and also the airport.

Quiet, clean apartment near the beach
Very clean and quiet and modern space. Beds are comfy and very close to beach, however it is still 20km outside of Larnaca city and the closest sand beach is 30 minute walk away. But had a wonderful stay and the apartment caretaker was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect option for travellers with cars. Clean, stylish and overall convenient apartments with all necessary facilities for comfortable stay. We travelled with our 2-year old boy and found the patio with lockable door very useful. The housekeepers were wery helpful and always on site. Aya Napa sandy beaches are 25-minutes drive, mini-markets and stony beach nearby. For food-shopping we'd recommend Lidl a
