Awful hotel!
I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The most negative thing I can mention is the hotel’s rude and unfriendly workers, especially the front desk people who were also super unprofessional. I was traveling during the COVID pandemic and in Moscow all workers at businesses had to wear face masks to cover their mouths and noses. But for some reason the front desk people at the Pentahotel were wearing masks only half way, covering only the mouth. In general the hotel is very basic, I find the value I payed ($58 per night) overpriced. The only one positive thing is its location, which is in the center of Moscow and pretty close to the Red Square. I do not recommend this hotel for a stay.

We had the best experience at this Hotel. The rooms are fantastic, the reception staff is extremely friendly. The Barman Farhad was a highlight, he sold Russia and upsold us drinks and making us experience all that was on offer.
