This is not a hotel, this is a set of apartments and are much more like you would expect an AirBnB to be rather than a hotel.
One night the key didn't work, we spent 10 mins, before the attendant arrived only to be told he couldn't reset the key and we had to wait a further 15 mins for the next person to arrive to fix it.
You get what you pay for so make sure you aren't paying a lot for this place.
Overall the apartment was okay, clean enough, and some awkward layout in the bathroom means you are climbing over the toilet to get into it!
It's central enough and just down the road from Earls Court Tube, so if you are out and about it's easy to get about.
