Three or Four self contained workers cottages on 800 acres. Working farm. Recently renovated. Friendly staff. Would like to see handrails in the bathrooms.

This is a lovely old homestead that has been maintained in excellent condition. The gardens, with their beautiful old fruit trees, make for really peaceful surrounds. I must say the highlight of my short stay was the walk along the creek at dusk - the magnificent old river gums in the fading orange light of the day was something really special! Alison, the property owner along with her husband and son, was a wonderful host and very pleasant to deal with...and just have a bit of chat with. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is staying in the area or just wants a pleasant country get away.

A relaxing stay on a farm in Carisbrook
Exactly what we were looking for. A relaxing stay in the country air! We stayed in the Blue Wren cottage which was great. But we also saw the other cottages and they looked terrific too. Highly recommended for couples or groups.

Wish I could've stayed longer
Very cozy place to stay. Host was very accommodating even leaving fresh bread, marmalade and porridge to enjoy for breakfast. Very nice farm to view- at the right time of year the kids can see some real life farm action right at the doorstep.
