The staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Great service all around from the restaurants, bars and waiters. Hotel is well kept, beautiful and in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This resort is so amazing and I will be visiting again next time in Cancun. The resort had activities everyday, along with 5/6 different restaurants, shows to watch in the evening, DJ in the evening at the swim up pool bar and everything. You do not have to leave this resort for anything! The only issue I had was the jets not working in the jacuzzi that was in the balcony and they come up right away to fix. First experience to Mexico was everything thanks to Haven Riviera.

One thing you cannot do if you want to succeed in hospitality is to be unkind and impolite to your guests especially at the front desk. Really terrible service. Food doesn’t taste anything, very average restaurants.
Very nice resort
Lovely property and beach. But I would not stay again. Every evening we booked to eat at 8.30pm and despite a reservation we still had to wait and not one single evening did we eat until after 10pm. It was so busy and unorganised . I understand they may be understaffed and facing COVID challenges but it was very bad. We kept getting assured it would improve the next day but it didn’t. 2 evenings we ate our main at 11pm. Many other small issues too. Plus serenity club is a waste of time.
Great, beautiful clean resort with great rooms and amenities. The hotel architecture is very modern and luxurious and feels very upscale. Lots of different areas to lay including two pools and various different beach setups. Very easy to get a nice big bed or cabana on the beach. The rooms were very nice and spacious. I got the best sleep I have gotten in probably 5 years on the large comfortable beds. Also, very solid, clean gym with enough equipment to do a solid workout. My only criticism of the entire stay were the restaurants. This is pretty consistent with every all-inclusive, but the food was not very good overall, which was not suprising. However, the service in the restaurants was particularly poor, waiting a long time for someone to take our order, and then waiting a while for food to come. If they can straighten this out and improve the food a bit, this place would be incredible.
We had an okay time but not amazing. This resort is small. Only one “club or night activity” each night. Long waiting for dinners each night, we waited for a table at the Asian place one night for a hour and then on top of that it took 2 hours to get our food. It was frustrating. The Mexican restaurant is awful. Mediterranean is good. The lunch buffet is the same every single day which is frustrating. Not a lot of variety so if you are staying more than a few days it would get old very quick. They don’t have procecco so that sucked! That’s what I drink and their sparkling wine comparison was nasty. We ordered room service a few times and it took an hour to two hours to receive and it was usually cold. Guacamole is frozen, not fresh. However, the service staff is kind, helpful and they work hard. Maria is the best!! Carolina gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I get a lot of massages! Overall the rooms are nice but would not recommend this based on the food. The Asian place is as good as it gets. I ran to the airport to get steak nachos from Margaritaville.
Views were beautiful, food was hit or miss, drinks were weak, service was wonderful, spa was very relaxing.
Great trip, with great amenities. We would definitely visit again. The only thing that kept us from rating the visit a 10 out of 10 are two things. The first being the restaurant’s serving dinner. The Asian Fusion restaurant was average at best and the Mexican Steakhouse was slightly above average. We chose to dine offsite for 4 of the six nights we were at the property. Breakfast and Lunch options onsite were excellent. The last thing that we were not happy with is the fact that we’re multiple groups of 20 somethings staying at the property who thought that night time was party time. The last two nights of our stay, we had groups of eight to the people above and beside our swim out room playing music and drinking until 2 or 3 AM each night. It definitely made it hard to sleep. On the second night when I phone the front desk, I was told they would handle it, but the party just kept going for another 1-1/2 hours... I realize that the hotel can’t be held responsible for what other guests choose to do, but for us, we were looking for them to manage the situation better. All in all, we would rate it a 8.5 out of 10
