The best !
It was amazing! The customer service was just great ! We got a room with a view of burj khalifa as a gift. It was very kind of a check in personel. I dont remember his name but I really thanking him. Very pleasant experience.

Super new Dubai hotel
Short and sweet. High spec, brand new hotel with enthusiastic and exceptionally well casually dressed staff. Just stayed one night. Check in on the 2nd floor is different and rooms are superb with large king size beds with extra large bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent and though I didn’t use the pool it looked very nice. Hard to find a fault. Unbelievably good value for money.

Not as good as its rating
Hotel was good but did not reflect the ratings it received. I booked this hotel because it was near the airport and the website says hotel shuttle but they dont have one. They offer a 120AED car service. I took a taxi back to the airport for 20AED. I got back from work at 5pm and the cleaners were just arriving to my room, so I told them not to bother. Otherwise all good

Wasn’t sure about booking a hotel that looked so far from the city centre but on arriving, 5 mins from the airport, it was fabulous! Attached to a mall so plenty of choice on food, and the metro is easy access. 20 mins on the red route to Dubai mall. Pool and gym are lovely. Service impeccable. Modern. Clean. Great rooms! Only problem would be if you wanted a beach location? Or an outdoor running route as it’s surrounded by large roads! Otherwise this was perfect
