Lovely but could do with a refresh
Lovely location and our interaction with the staff was very pleasant. We did not get a chance to eat there but the menu looked good. The bar staff were very pleasant and created a nice local feel. However, we were attending a family communion in a nearby location and had to be there by 9:30, unfortunately the Coach House does not begin breakfast before 9am. We did speak to the manager about this and unfortunately he was unable to accommodate us. This was disappointing as I believe breakfast was included in the rate (open to correction on this). Perhaps the Coach House may consider reviewing the Kitchen opening times in the future. I did speak to other departing guests who also had to leave without breakfast and they felt similarly disappointed in what otherwise was a pleasant experience. If I could make another suggestion that although the rooms are small and basic the amenities in the room were functional and the bed comfortable, if a small double, room 1 could do with a paint refresh in the room and particularly the bathroom (signs of previous mould) . Other wise we did enjoy our stay

Good B&B
Location is great with plenty of free parking. Our room was above the pub, which served excellent food. Room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower. Breakfast was served in the pub, and was cooked to order and delicious. Very friendly staff.

Nice B&B rooms above pub.
Clean neat room, only 1 of 6. Comfortable for a 1 night stay. Good breakfast included. Please note restaurant closes for dinner at 9pm which no one told us about so we missed eating there as chef had already gone home even though we asked at 2055!!

Clean, modern room over a traditional Irish pub
A lovely modern room above a traditional Irish pub in a super cute small village, close to the Wicklow Mountains National Park and the Glendalough Lake. The room was modern, clean and very quiet and we had an amazing view out of over the fields. Staff was friendly and check-in + out was very smooth (check out wasn't until 11.30am so perfect for those wanting to sleep a little longer).
