The BIG 50
Very friendly helpful staff team who acted professionally throughout our stay :0) Only issue was decor in bedroom with obvious repair to electrics causing damage to wallpaper. However this did not spoil our trip or experience. First trip to Belfast, we’ll definitely come back. Everyone was welcoming and we had a great time.

Excellent service great location
Travelled into Belfast city on the airport transfer bus and was especially pleased to find the hotel was right outside the bus depot . Arrived in the hotel mid morning and asked if it was possible to drop bags as check in was not until 3pm . Steven was at reception and was able to find us a room staight away and even offered us the use of the breakfast buffet which was great as we had an early flight from home . Overall the stay was excellent and the service from all the staff especially Steven was brilliant. The hotel is located ideally for most of the top attractions and the famous Crown bar is just around the corner

Never going back.
Beds were awful. So hard and springs so loud that we woke up whenever one of us moved, which was often in order to prevent bed sores from the firmness. Only got 3 hours broken sleep for both of 2 night stay. Complained and told personal preference. Asked for extra duvet to pad bed twice, never came. 3rd time complaining got given new room. Bed equally uncomfortable and faeces found on toilet roll. Next morning got an apology and told that we would be refunded 50%. Made it sound as if we would get 50% off stay but only got 50% back on one night. All the more insulting is that the information in the rooms said "if you are not satisfied, we don't expect you to pay" which it turns out is a lie. We were too tired to enjoy our 2 day holiday and only one member of staff was any good at customer service. Thank you to Victoria, you were excellent. Everyone else just tried to placate or gaslight us without trying to rectify any of our problems.
