The hostess was friendly amd accomodating. We had great conversations with her and it felt like we were talking with one of our relatives. If you are coming to Dublin amd youbwant affordable accomodations this is the place. The bus stops and picks up right out front of this place. For €2 one way you can take Bus 13 to pretty much all the local sites and see the downtown core. You can even walk from this location to allajor sites in about an boir. With a Tesco next door you can dine inexpesnsively or go 5 minutes to a pub, a trendy indian restaurant or a few fast foods joints. I cant stress enough what a gem this place is. Just make sure if you have a car you reach out to this place first because i only saw 4 parking spots.

We booked this property to attend an event at Croke Park. The location was perfect, close to the concert, and Dublin centre was easily walkable. It is on a bus route too, so super convenient for city and airport . We were given a warm welcome by the host. Our room was perfectly clean, and had unexpected extras eg fridge, and some breakfast options available in the shared lounge/kitchen area downstairs. Will definately book again if we plan a return trip to Dublin. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a fabulous stay. The location is in a lovely neighbourhood, with an easy 30 minute walk to the city centre. The host was amazing and so helpful. We really appreciated the simple breakfast to start our day.
