Booked 2x3 bedroom penthouse apartments with the intention we would be next to each other but they put us in 2 different buildings which meant we were constantly trekking up and down 3 floors with 4 young kids which was a pain. The rooms themselves were great although the stairs were a bit dangerous for our kids (all under 4) and the baths were not that clean and one seemed to be constantly clogged with hair. The provided toiletries were also not of a good standard. Soap was fine but bring your own shampoo etc. Also with the washing machine a drying rack should be provided if you aren't going to also provide a dryer. Plus it would have been useful for drying bathers and pool floaties as a minimum. Food was ok, not great and got boring after a few days. Pancakes but no maple syrup at breakfast and not much in the way of Turkish food available. Turkish coffee only available at the Agean bar near reception. Should provide alternative dining options for dinner as the buffet again at dinner was not that appealing and with young kids to get food for it got very tiring having to get up a bunch of times to get various ppl food and drinks. Would have loved an a la carte option. Also ice cream only offered for an hour a day causes big lines and unhappy children. Why not offer it for 3 or 4 hours every afternoon instead? Pools were great although lots of ppl trying to reserve chairs with towels. Beers were fine, wine ok, spirits gross and no juices to mix with only soft drink.
Room upgrade was awesome. Beautiful views and a true oasis to retreat into. Food was sadly disappointing, repetitive, not much choice of alternative eating venues. Glasses, cutlery, floors, surfaces dirty / stained Wine really not rery nice, no real fruit juices available - only squashes and concentrates. Not the five star experience advertised. Most staff friendly and helpful - especially Ozan Operations Manager and Melek on Guest Relations. Impeccable service from both!
Accommodation good ,food first week good 2nd week not so good, as for the golf the course was rubbish
This resort is not as exclusive as portrayed online , not high standards Only 1 restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was like a school dinner hall Very noisy and cats allowed to wander around during meal times , and actually jumping up on people Food ok Only other options are a couple snack bars and paying for the Al a Carte Golf restaurant Although enjoyed holiday, and beach, wouldn’t go back
High up in the hills. Fab views. Lovely large apartments. We were upgraded to duplex which was terrific but 70 steps to climb. Usual all inclusive fair but quıte varied. Lots of pools and snack bars. Fabulous value for money.
Overall, we had a great family holiday. We met a lot of people who were return guests to this hotel, but had never been elsewhere in Turkey. As this was our 11th holiday in Turkey, we had a lot of hotels to compare with. The overall standard was not like any of the 5 star all inclusive hotels we have stayed in Lara Beach, Belek or Side. Our TW teenage daughters met others their age, so enjoyed their week. We felt the variety of food was rather limited and the quality not what we have experienced before. There are plenty of pools, but generally most people spend their day at main pool or the pines, as they were the only ones with a snack bar/ bar next to them. We enjoyed a couple of trips down to the beach using the hotel mini bus. The beach area is quiet and has beds on the grass before the sand, so you don’t need to get covered in sand unless you go onto the actual beach. The snack bar/ bar was nice at the beach and staff always friendly. We also went into Kuşadası on a couple of evenings (you can usually get free transport from the restaurant) which was a change to the buffet at hotel and a good opportunity to buy at the shops. Also a good idea is to book the a la carts at the golf club, you have to pay for all good and drink, but it’s not expensive and again a change from the buffet. Overall we enjoyed the week, it was very good value for money, but if you are used to Lara Beach/Belek area, you will probably be a little disappointed.
Super.
