Excellent Place!
Great place! Location, cleanliness, comfort and staff were excellent! The place is brand new and everything inside is also furnished to a high standard. Overall very comfortable. Will be coming here to stay here again!

Noisey and getting tatty
Not as smart as the pictures on here. My Duplex Apartment was starting to look bumped and bashed around. Whilst I was on the top floor it was noisey due to the Clubs at street level and the significant roadworks. Would I stay again, probably not as there are better options in Liverpool

Since we arrived on new years eve at the apartment there was no hot water, there was the little bit left in the tank enough for one very short shower and was no hot water after this on the rest of our stay so was unable to shower or use sinks for kitchen facilities, was given key to another room to use that shower and again no hot water, we paid 188.00 for one night and got a 20.00 refund off this or a free stay. We did not want to stay here again due to the bad experience from this stay, to me 20.00 was not enough for the inconvenience that was caused to us, what is the use of a apartment with no hot water!!! Would not stay here again.

Overall pleasing stay
Hotel was very clean and had lovely character. It’s very central above bars and clubs so very noisy. I worried about check in as has attempted to contact the hotel prior to travelling with no response and only received an email at 10.30 on the morning I had arrived for check in details, of which were no use as had no internet. Thankfully the main door was open and somebody was on reception

City centre with lots to do.
5 people here for a week. A bit noisy on Saturday and someone asked to be moved to another room. Rest were fine. Nice apartments and everything you require in City Centre location.
