Everything was wonderful. Excellent location, immediately to everything you want to do and see in Lisbon. Underground, restaurants, shops, lots of landmarks - everything is right for you. Rodrigo is a very polite, relaxed and helpful host. We are very pleased. Clean, perfectly furnished, new, comfortable - we recommend it to everyone.

great service but apt needs fixing
the check in was great as well as the service. Place needs floors to be cleaned better and both showers need to be replaced and air conditioner in second bedroom has to be fixed.

Buen apartamento, PESIMO SERVICIO.
El apartamento, muy bien, el sofa cama no entra y hay que correrlo para poder usarlo, ubicacion inmejorable. Servicio un desastre!!!! faltaban tazas, cubiertos, de todo. Reclame los faltantes el domingo, varios dias despues seguia esperando los mismos. Ni papel de baño te reemplazan, tuve que quejarme, respuesta ups, no tenemos, vamos ahora a comprar. Obvio que despues trajeron, UN JABON SOLO para manos y baño para 4 personas, no habia shampoo. tuve que salir de carrera a comprar jabon de baño y shampoo. papel de cocina ( segui soñando) De regalo: pregunto x un parking, obvio no es su responsabilidad, pero deberian estar informados que este parking solo acepta metalico, no tarjetas de credito ni debito. el precio 164 euros y solo aceptan el pago en metalico, corriendo al banco. Creo que es un detalle para informar al cliente al recomendar un parking. Vale la ubicacion y el equipamiento de la unidad, pero el servicio es pesimo. No vuelvo, ni regalado.
