8/10 Very good

The hotel's entrance is very impressive but the actual rooms are not as nice. The location is quite good! They are spacious but laid out poorly. The staff at this hotel are amazing and so helpful. I wanted to buy Gamba Osaka tickets and a gentleman up front helped me out immensely.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. Located on a busy side street, it is within walking distance of the Dotonbori district and several major subway lines, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The room was comfortable and well equipped with good amenities. I especially enjoyed the lobby, which is set up like a cozy library with books and complimentary beverages. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the lobby and even has comfortable seating while you wait. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of choices and freshly baked pastries. The reception staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they provided free umbrellas for guests when it rained, which made getting around much more convenient. It was a thoughtful service that made our trip more enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay there. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the daily tea, coffee, and laundry service were wonderful added touches. The location was also excellent.

Everything was excellent about our stay with one exception being the size of the room when you have large suitcases but apparently room sizes are small in most hotels in Osaka. More than 3 hangers would be useful

Modern western style hotel in a fantastic location. Shopping and restaurants on your doorstep and within walking distance of Osaka’s highlights with the exception of Osaka castle which is a short train journey.
