Exceptional 10.0
Hotel with good breakfast
The hotel is very clean (as expected with most Japanese hotels) and reasonably large for its price point. There are also plenty of good restaurants around the area and a short distance from the metro. The hotel breakfast is also very good!

Highly recommended.
It was amazing stay in Vista premio. Compare to the normal size of hotel rooms in Tokyo, it was double more spacious (still maybe not large enough for Americans). The room was well maintained with excellent cleaning services. Plus, Akasaka area is full of nice restaurants and shopping places.

Lost my cash
Just to share an experience. One day I left the hotel at noon and then realizing I have left my wallet in the room. I went back up after 5 mins and housekeeper was already tidying my room. So I went to the bathroom first and as I came out the housekeeper left. I looked around and I couldn’t find my wallet, as I always left it on desk counter but after extensive search I still couldn’t find my wallet. I notified the front desk, They emailed me at about 6pm saying their housekeepers found my wallet at 4 pm on the hotel corridor on my floor. I returned to hotel later at night and got my wallet back, however, my credit cards and SUICA cards ALL THE CASH WERE GONE !!!!!!! I told the front desk, we need our hotel card to access to our own floor so it’s either the guests or hotel staff did it, so I asked for CCTV record. Unfortunately they told me there is no cctv on each floor! 1, I honestly believed I had my wallet in room 2, The corridor is so small&quiet that if I've dropped anything I would've heard it dropped plus I have looked before entered the elevator. 3, How could my wallet be left on the corridor for 4 hours without anyone noticing it?! I have all reasons to believe the housekeeper took my wallet, took the cash and left it in the corridor or just turn it to front desk saying he/she has found it on the corridor. There is no evidence as there was no CCTV, but it was frustrating and please keep your belongings properly. Hotel was great, just a painful experience.
