Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious (King with sofa bed). Kitchen was well equipped, Full size refriywith freezer was a plus! With the COVID restriction for breakfast/coffee it would have been nice to Have enough coffee pouches to prepare for each day staying so we wouldn’t have to go to the desk for coffee but certainly not an inconvenience that would prevent me from booking again.

Nice room, customer service a little lacking
We enjoyed the room, it was clean and quiet with plenty of space. The service during check in wasn't the best-the credit card chip reader wasn't working and we were told it was our fault, even when it failed to read two cards from separate accounts. Also the hallways needed some cleaning. We'd stay here again, though. Nice location.

Outing
We were having our floors redone at home and needed to get out of the house. Always wanted to try Homewood since it was built so we stayed. It was really nice other than the fact that the pool was closed due to the inability to social distance but the fitness room was not which I thought was backwards.
