Would stay there again with pleasure
Rooms are pretty much standard, but restaurant, bar and terrace are amazing! Great breakfast too! At night, barman fixed delicious cocktails (still don't know what it contained), DJ creating good ambiance. All staff spoke perfect English and were very friendly and helpful. The only "interesting" thing was getting to the room - take elevator, walk the corridor, take stairs (or elevator) for one floor, walk again, take another elevator just for 1 floor, then another corridor...

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, location and most important, their staff. Coming from the industry myself, it is always nice to see such the standard, politeness and proactiveness of the employees. We got the terrace view room. It was very spacious and with a lovely view to Kalemegdan. The room was clean and tidy. They even tidied up the room the morning we were checking out while we were having breakfast. Only remark, that is entirely of personal taste, is that the bathroom, being all white with metal details, looks quite sterile. But then again, it's just taste having nothing to do with the property itself or how great experience we had there.

I have no hotel reviews at all because I couldn't get to it, as all flights were canceled due to the Coronavirus epidemic. You must consider this problem.

Very Good
The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, which is important to me. However, based on the pictures from the website, I was expecting much more from the room. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The room was so sparsely decorated that it was practically empty--blank white walls, very simple, plain furniture (not much of that either), and very empty looking bathroom. Also, our room was quite cold when we went in (in spite of the thermostat being set to 21C) and took a long time to warm up. Then in the middle of the night we woke up, because the heat had finally kicked in and we were cooking! Overall, fine for the price we paid, but didn't live up to my expectations.

Great location, service, and rooms. I do have a major complaint though. I really don't like hidden fees that, or sneaky ways to grab more money. The water in the room appears to be free but actually you get charged at the end and it's very expensive
