Nice location! Away from the busy area of the square, but easy access to all activities. Had no trouble with a late night check in. Just note that if you have large luggage, you have to carry your luggage over several bridges. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs depending on your room. Also no place to store luggage when leaving, so we did find a storage place near the train station that wasn’t too costly for the day. Room was very spacious and slept 4 comfortably. Bathroom was nice size and shower was large. Room and facility was very clean! Had trouble with the safe and turning on the heater. Since we checked in late, there was no one to help with these situations even when we called the phone number provided. Breakfast was very good and fully supplied. Hostess was gracious and kind. Good location away from the business of St Mark’s Square, yet close and within easy walking distance. Found many quaint shops and great restaurants when walking to get to our destinations.
The room was cean and nice and the place was wanderfull. i am happy with my choice
I overall loved the place, location, cleanliness however it would be most convenient if the agency would ask for the passports via email so they can send the codes to open the 2 doors instead of walking from one place to another
Property was great!! There was quiet a walk to our hotel from check in but it was expected, there is a small supermarket at the bottom which was great and restaurants very close. The hotel is in a great quiet location, amenities were great too!!
Hotel is in a good location in the middle of main attractions ( rialto bridge and st marks square) however I was extremely upset with the fact that no one mentioned that there wasn’t a reception at the hotel and that you had to check in through a third party agency. We lugged our bags all through the streets to the hotel only to be told we need to walk somewhere else to check in. There was no mention of the agency at all nor the signs you need to follow to find the area to check in after we found out that we needed to go somewhere else. We needed to call 3 times on our journey just to figure out where to go, completely unacceptable! I was in contact with Elisa days prior to the trip in which she asked when I would be arriving and failed to mention the fact that checkin is not at the hotel location. Infuriating when it’s nearly 40 degrees outside. The rooms are very basic. Only provided soap and 1 small container of shampoo. The breakfast was also very small. Cereal and croissants are your only option. We chose for a hotel over Airbnb since it was only 1 night that we were staying however if I was to do it again I would go Airbnb. Less complicated and you know exactly what you are getting. I would never stay here again.
The location was great and thank to the detailed directions at reception we found the rooms fairly easily. the room was clean and neat. would have liked at least one chair to sit on in the room and more comfortable cushions on the bed. food in the morning was a good spread to fill the tummy for a lovely day of exploring Venice.
Good. Except the breakfast sucks, the service is okay. Have to walk 2km to reception to get access to hotel. So make sure to plan ahead
We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The check in is not on site and there are no staff at the hotel to assist you. The room was sparce and freezing cold.
Very nice hotel located in s central location. Very clean and the morning breakfast was very good.
The reception is about a 12 minute walk from your room. Room is very nice and modern however there were stains on our duvet.
