Not luxury experience but everything is fine
This hotel serves tour groups so that it does not feel as deluxe as other hotels nearby. In particular, the buffet breakfast and dinner are more of "tour group type" instead of those you would expect from a traditional Japanese onsen hotel. But everything else was good - efficient staff, clean room, sufficient in hotel onsen. I guess non-group guests go to 6th floor where there are balconies - facing Mt Fuji - a big plus. All in all, good value for money.

Great view
Great view of mt Fuji from room. Stayed one night. Double room and triple room. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Good value for family. But for couple suggest the other hotels on the same row as they are higher end and look nicer design!

Very Good 8.0
Great views of Fuji
Spectacular views from all rooms of Mt Fuji across the lake. Good Onsen with small outdoor area also with the Fuji views. Room comfortable and pretty typical Japanese western style. Meals buffet pretty good and certainly plenty of food (probably 10 to 15 minute walk to nearest restaurants. Free 5 minute shuttle to station but easy 20 minute walk.
